Scientific observation

For my project I did a "scientific" drawing of a purple flower. The medium I used for this project is colored pencil. I enjoy using colored pencil because of the control in the shades of colors i can get. I enjoyed doing this project because I love drawing flowers. I had difficulties drawing the leaves because I have never tried to do detailed leaves before. Over all I enjoyed doing these project and I am happy how it turned out.

Artist observe

For my artist observe activity I decided to put a toy airplane in some bushes near where a family was playing football. It was very aggregating when the children would pick flowers right beside the airplane but never even notice it! Eventually one of the football players ran by it and noticed it, and decided to even give it a test fly.
